Install the MagicLotto App
The new MagicLotto mobile app is available directly from our website. Install it on your phone's home screen to play supported South African and international lottery games, follow results and access your MagicLotto account.
MagicLotto is now a Progressive Web App (PWA). There is no Android APK to download and no separate app-store installation required.
If you already installed MagicLotto, simply open its icon on your home screen. On iPhone, Safari does not offer an automatic install prompt: use Share → Add to Home Screen.
How to install MagicLotto on Android
Install directly from our website using Chrome. You do not need an APK file.
Open the browser menu
Tap the three-dot menu in Chrome. Look for Install app or Add to Home screen.
Confirm installation
Tap Install or confirm the home-screen shortcut, depending on what Chrome offers.
Open MagicLotto
Find the MagicLotto icon on your phone and tap it to open the mobile experience.
Sign in
Use your usual MagicLotto account details. There is no need to register again.
Enjoy the new app
Access lotteries, Mini Tickets, MatchPlay, results, your wallet and your account.
How to add MagicLotto to your iPhone
Safari does not show an automatic install pop-up. Use Share → Add to Home Screen to install MagicLotto. Menu names may vary with your iOS version.
Tap Share
Tap Safari's Share button (square with an upward arrow), or open the page actions menu.
Add to Home Screen
Choose Add to Home Screen. If you don't see it, look under additional actions.
Tap Add
Keep the MagicLotto name and tap Add to create the home-screen icon.
Launch the app
Tap the MagicLotto icon on your iPhone home screen.
Sign in normally
Use your existing MagicLotto account to access your tickets, results and balances.
