Need to get your MagicLotto account verified? Send your FICA documents to fica@magiclotto.co.za.
What to send (PDF only): Valid ID (front and back) or passport; proof of address (last 3 months); proof of bank account (last 3 months).
How to send: Email clear colour scans/photos as PDF attachments with subject “FICA – Your Name”. No links or zipped files.
Timing: We verify within 1 business day after receiving all documents.
