How do I buy official SA PowerBall tickets online?

You can buy official SA PowerBall and PowerBall XTRA tickets online through MagicLotto. Choose your 5 numbers (1–50) and a PowerBall number (1–16), select your draws, and checkout securely. MagicLotto purchases the real ticket on your behalf and stores it safely in your account.

Is it safe and legal to buy SA PowerBall tickets online?

Yes. MagicLotto is a trusted South African lottery ticket-messenger service that has been operating since 2007 and complies with POPIA and FICA regulations. All purchases are encrypted, results are verified from the official operator, and winnings are paid directly to your MagicLotto winnings wallet. No commissions are deducted from your prizes.

What time are the SA PowerBall and PowerBall XTRA draws?

SA PowerBall and PowerBall XTRA draws take place every Tuesday and Friday at 21:00 (SAST). MagicLotto updates results shortly after they are officially released and automatically checks your entries for winning numbers.

How does SA PowerBall work and how do I win?

SA PowerBall uses a 5/50 plus 1/16 format. To win the jackpot, you must match all five main numbers and the PowerBall. PowerBall XTRA gives you an additional chance to win using the same selected numbers. Multiple prize divisions are available, including prizes for matching fewer numbers and the PowerBall.

What are SA PowerBall MP1 and MP2 entries?

MP1 and MP2 are SA PowerBall multi-play options. MP1 allows you to select 6 main numbers instead of 5, creating multiple PowerBall combinations. MP2 allows you to select 7 main numbers, creating even more combinations and increasing the number of chances generated from a single entry.

Do I receive proof of my PowerBall ticket when buying online?

Yes. Every PowerBall and PowerBall XTRA entry purchased through MagicLotto is automatically recorded in your account under 'My Lotto Tickets'. These records cannot be altered by staff members. Your purchase confirmation is also emailed to you for transparency and proof of purchase.

How do I get paid if my SA PowerBall ticket wins?

All winnings from SA PowerBall and PowerBall XTRA are credited directly to your MagicLotto Winnings Wallet after verification. You can withdraw funds to your bank account or use them to purchase additional tickets. Withdrawals are protected by FICA verification requirements for security and compliance.
