Help & Support

MagicLotto Help Centre

Find current MagicLotto help for lottery tickets, MatchPlay, payments, withdrawals, verification, winnings and your account.

MagicLotto is an independent South African technology, administration and lottery ticket-messenger service operated by Reboot Internet Technology CC. It has served customers since 2007.

For official lottery products, MagicLotto does not run the lottery draw. You submit an entry or ticket-procurement instruction and MagicLotto arranges the applicable ticket purchase or entry process on your behalf, subject to the relevant rules and availability. Read more on the About Us, Terms of Use and Foreign Ticket Agency Mandate pages.

Use the Register option on MagicLotto and complete the requested account details. Your registered email address becomes the main email associated with your account.

After registration, verify your mobile number if you want to claim the current R10 mobile-verification welcome credit, subject to promotion eligibility.

Your login username is your registered email address. Use that email address together with your password on the MagicLotto login page.

Use the password-reset option on the login page. Follow the link sent to the email address registered on your account.

If the reset email does not arrive, check spam or junk folders and make sure you are using the same email address that was used to register. If you still need help, contact MagicLotto Support.

No. Your account can remain active for depositing and playing before FICA verification is complete.

FICA / identity and banking verification is required before you can withdraw winnings. Mobile verification and FICA verification are separate processes.

Mobile verification confirms your cellphone number and is used for account security and the current R10 mobile-verification bonus where eligible.

FICA / account verification checks identity, banking and residential-address documents. It is not required simply to deposit or play, but it is required before withdrawing winnings.

Log in to My Account. From there you can access your lottery ticket history, transaction history, My Lucky Numbers, My MatchPlay Predictions, loyalty information, referral activity and notification preferences.

Accounts that are not activated may be removed after the activation period. If your unactivated account is no longer available, register again using the correct details and complete activation promptly.

Yes. Use the Close Account option available in your account area or contact support if you need assistance.

Before closing, review any wallet balances, winnings, pending withdrawals and active ticket entries. Information that MagicLotto is legally required to retain for regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting or compliance purposes may still be retained after closure.

You should use one genuine account with accurate personal information. Duplicate or false accounts may cause verification, promotion or security problems and may be restricted under the Terms of Use.

If your activation message has not arrived, visit Resend Activation Email and select Resend Activation Email. Check your Spam or Junk folder as well. Make sure you are using the email address you entered when registering.

Unactivated registrations are automatically removed after approximately 48 hours. If that period has passed and your account is no longer available, please register again using your correct details and follow the activation instructions promptly.

Accounts that have been unused for an extended period may be deactivated. To request reactivation, contact support@magiclotto.co.za and supply a clear copy of your valid ID or passport for identity verification. Reactivation is subject to successful verification.

If you can still access your account, update your contact details under My Account → Account Details. If you can no longer sign in, contact support with your registered email address or account number so that the team can advise on the appropriate identity-verification process. Never share your password or OTP.

Sign in and open My Account → Account Details. Correct the cellphone number, save the updated details and then start mobile verification again. Verification codes are sent to the registered mobile number, not to an email address.

Your browser may have remembered your session or you may have selected Remember Me at login. If you prefer to enter your details each time, log out, leave Remember Me unticked and review the saved-sign-in settings on your device. Contact support if the behaviour continues unexpectedly.

On the login page select Forgot Password and enter your registered email address. Check Spam and Junk folders and allow for normal email delivery. If your email is not registered or the reset continues to fail, contact Support with a screenshot of the message shown; never send your existing password.

Confirm the spelling of the address used for registration. If no account is associated with that email address, you may register a new account with your current email and mobile number. If you believe you previously held an account under another address, provide your MagicLotto account number to Support so the appropriate account can be located.

Log in and confirm your mobile number under My Account → Account Details, including the correct country code. Save any corrections and request verification again. If the code still does not arrive, send Support a screenshot of the on-screen error or status and your registered email or account number. Verification SMS codes cannot be redirected to email.

With a MagicLotto Full Ticket, you are buying the entire underlying lottery ticket. You choose the numbers, receive 100% of any winnings attributable to that ticket, and MagicLotto takes care of the ticket-purchase process on your behalf.

Browse current games on Buy Lotto Tickets.

No. MagicLotto is not an official lottery operator and does not conduct the official draws or determine the winning numbers.

Official lottery outcomes are determined by the relevant lottery operator. MagicLotto provides ticket-messenger, administration and account services.

Open the lottery you want to play, choose the required number of main numbers and any required extra number, or use Quick Pick to generate a valid selection automatically.

The number ranges and selection rules shown on the game page are the current rules used by MagicLotto for that lottery.

Quick Pick automatically generates a valid random number selection for the lottery or MatchPlay product you are using. It is simply a convenience tool; it does not improve or reduce the mathematical odds of the draw.

Yes, where the game supports multiple lines. Select the number of lines you want and complete each line before submitting the entry. The ticket summary shows the total cost before you continue.

Some lottery pages offer multi-week options. If available, the page will show the schedule and total cost before purchase. Each draw remains a separate lottery draw and is subject to its own official result.

Each lottery has its own cut-off. The relevant game page shows the current countdown or closing status. Once the cut-off is reached, MagicLotto displays the game as closed and the server blocks the purchase even if an old page, bookmark or direct URL is used.

Do not rely on a cached page; the server-side cut-off check is final.

Usually not once the ticket procurement or order process has begun. Lottery tickets are time-sensitive products and the purchase instruction may already have been sent for execution.

If there is a genuine technical or procurement failure, MagicLotto applies the applicable cancellation, refund or credit process under the Terms of Use.

No. MagicLotto does not routinely upload individual physical-ticket scans. Your My Lotto Tickets page contains the confirmed customer-facing entry details, not the underlying agent and custody audit records. Procurement evidence is maintained separately, and any ticket imagery or documents required by official rules or the applicable agreement will be handled through the relevant verification or claim procedure.

Ticket prices and add-on costs are shown on the individual lottery page before you play. Prices can change when official games or MagicLotto service pricing changes, so the live game page is the best source for the current price.

MagicLotto displays the applicable price for each ticket and any selected options before purchase. The same listed MagicLotto game option is priced consistently on the platform, while your bank may separately apply conversion or transaction charges. Always review the total displayed before confirming.

With a MagicLotto Mini Ticket, you are buying a 10% share in a real qualifying lottery ticket. You pay 10% of the applicable ticket price, receive 10% of any winnings attributable to that share, and MagicLotto takes care of the ticket purchase on your behalf.

See available options on Mini Lotto Tickets.

No. A Mini Ticket represents a 10% share. If the underlying ticket wins, your share is 10% of the winnings attributable to that ticket, subject to official rules, statutory deductions and the Mini Ticket terms.

No. Mini Ticket numbers are generated automatically. If you want to choose your own numbers and own the entire underlying ticket, use a Full Ticket instead.

MagicLotto Mini Tickets are structured as shares in an underlying ticket. The platform manages the share allocation automatically, so you only need to select the available Mini Ticket option and quantity shown on the page.

Mini Tickets are offered for selected international lotteries and availability can change. Current options are listed on the Mini Tickets page and may include major US, UK, European and Australian lottery games.

The Mini Ticket share relates to a genuine underlying lottery ticket procured through the applicable MagicLotto ticket-messenger process. The official lottery operator still conducts the draw and validates any prize.

No number selection is required for Mini Tickets because the Mini Ticket numbers are generated automatically. My Lucky Numbers is intended for products where the customer chooses or reuses a number set.

If the underlying lottery prize is subject to tax or statutory withholding, those deductions are applied before the share amount is calculated or settled. See the Lottery Tax Guide for general guidance.

A result may show the prize won by the underlying full ticket. A Mini Ticket represents a 10% share, so your entitlement is 10% of the applicable prize, subject to official deductions and the Mini Ticket terms. For example, if the full ticket wins R1,000, one 10% Mini Ticket share corresponds to R100 before any applicable adjustments.

No overseas travel is normally required from an individual Mini Ticket participant. MagicLotto coordinates collection on behalf of the Mini Ticket syndicate and settles each participant’s applicable share, subject to the underlying lottery’s official prize-validation and settlement process.

Yes. You can currently select up to 10 Mini Tickets in a purchase where the relevant game permits it. The available quantity and full purchase total are shown before you submit the order.

First review the total purchase amount and your available eligible Wallet balance. If the order still fails, send Support a screenshot of the Mini Ticket selection page, the total immediately before submission and the exact error message, along with your account number or registered email. Never include a password or OTP.

My Lucky Numbers lets you save favourite number combinations for supported lotteries so that you can reuse them later instead of selecting the same numbers again from scratch.

Log in to My Account, open My Lucky Numbers, select the lottery and then choose the saved set you want to review, update or delete.

MagicLotto checks saved Lucky Numbers against the current rules of the selected lottery. If a saved set contains a number that is no longer valid, it is marked Update required and cannot be used until it is corrected or deleted.

The lottery may have changed its rules or number range since you saved the set. MagicLotto prevents an obsolete saved set from loading into a new ticket because silently dropping an invalid number could cause you to play something different from what you intended.

Irish Lotto now uses main numbers 1–45 on MagicLotto. If an older saved set still contains 46 or 47, MagicLotto flags the set as invalid. Replace the invalid number or delete the old saved set before playing it again.

Yes. Open the saved set in My Lucky Numbers, make the required changes and save it, or use Delete Saved Set if you no longer want it.

No. Hot & Cold Numbers are a historical reference showing past frequency. Lottery draws are random, and previous results do not change the probability of the next independent draw.

The Lottery Calculator helps explain mathematical lottery odds. It is an educational tool and does not predict future winning numbers.

Open My Account → My Lucky Numbers, confirm the correct lottery is selected and check whether the saved set needs updating to the current game rules. If the problem continues, send support the lottery name, saved-set name and a screenshot showing what you see.

For the current SA Lotto game on MagicLotto, choose 6 main numbers from 1 to 52. The live game page always shows the valid range and current add-ons.

Play or review the current format on SA Lotto.

The South African Lotto format changed in 2026. MagicLotto now uses the current 1–52 main-number range. Saved Lucky Numbers are validated so that old out-of-range selections cannot be reused accidentally.

Lotto Plus 1 is an optional additional SA Lotto draw linked to the same selected main numbers. The live SA Lotto page shows the current add-on price before purchase.

Lotto 5 Max is a current additional SA Lotto product shown alongside Lotto and Lotto Plus 1 on MagicLotto. Eligibility and add-on requirements are displayed on the live SA Lotto page.

MagicLotto’s current SA Lotto purchase page uses Lotto, Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto 5 Max. Older Lotto Plus 2 result history may still exist for historic draws, but it should not be treated as the current purchase option.

SA Lotto MultiPlay 1 allows you to select 7 main numbers, creating 7 six-number combinations for the draw. The live ticket summary shows the price before you submit.

SA Lotto MultiPlay 2 allows you to select 8 main numbers, creating 28 six-number combinations. Because it creates multiple combinations, it costs more than a standard single line.

Under the current SA Lotto prize structure used by MagicLotto, Division 8 is the match-2-numbers prize division. Always refer to the published result and prize breakdown for the final official payout.

Choose 5 main numbers from 1–50 and 1 PowerBall number from 1–16. The live SA PowerBall page shows the current ticket price and closing time.

PowerBall Xtra is an optional additional draw linked to the same selected PowerBall numbers. If you select it, the extra cost is added to your ticket summary before purchase.

PowerBall MultiPlay 1 lets you select 6 main numbers plus 1 PowerBall, generating 6 valid PowerBall combinations.

PowerBall MultiPlay 2 lets you select 7 main numbers plus 1 PowerBall, generating 21 valid PowerBall combinations.

No. MultiPlay simply creates more valid combinations from a larger set of selected numbers. Every generated combination is still subject to the same random official draw.

Visit SA PowerBall Results. PowerBall Xtra results are also available through the MagicLotto results area.

Displayed jackpots are estimates supplied or calculated from available draw information and may change when the official operator updates the jackpot or rollover status. The official validated prize is always the final amount.

Availability changes over time, but MagicLotto currently provides access to a range of major international lotteries including games from the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal and Australia.

Browse the current list on Buy Lotto Tickets.

For supported foreign lotteries, MagicLotto arranges for a country-specific Local Ticket Agent in the relevant lottery country to procure a genuine official ticket from an authorised local retailer and hold the original ticket there for the customer.

See the Foreign Ticket Agency Mandate.

The redesigned Mega Millions game introduced a built-in multiplier with each standard play. A non-jackpot prize can be multiplied by 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X or 10X depending on the multiplier assigned to that play.

The jackpot itself is not multiplied. Read the Mega Millions Multiplier guide.

No. Under the current game format, the multiplier is included with the play and assigned according to the official game mechanics. It is not the old optional Megaplier selection.

The Superzahl is part of the German Lotto 6aus49 prize structure. It is not treated like an ordinary seventh main ball. See MagicLotto’s German Superzahl guide for a detailed explanation.

French Loto uses a separate Chance number as part of its game and prize structure. The live French Lotto page shows how the number is handled for current entries, and MagicLotto also has a Chance Number guide.

The current Irish Lotto main-number range on MagicLotto is 1–45 and players choose 6 main numbers. The official bonus number is drawn by the lottery; it is not an additional number the customer selects on MagicLotto.

Where offered, Double Play is an additional US PowerBall draw using the eligible PowerBall entry under the official product rules. If available for the current draw, MagicLotto shows it as an optional add-on and publishes separate Double Play results.

US jackpots are often advertised as an annuity headline amount. A cash option can be lower before tax, and statutory federal and possibly state withholding may reduce the amount further for a non-US resident. See the Lottery Tax Guide.

German lottery prize settlement can take longer because prize validation and settlement can depend on the applicable German federal state and the local ticket-procurement process. A published result does not always mean the prize has already been released for settlement.

No. Tax depends on the lottery and the jurisdiction in which the official ticket is purchased. Some jurisdictions generally pay prizes tax-free, while others apply withholding or threshold taxes. See Lottery Taxes Explained.

The Australian Powerball game uses 7 main numbers and 1 Powerball. Select the required numbers using the live game page, which displays the current ranges and rules.

Oz Lotto draws 7 main winning numbers and 3 supplementary numbers. The supplementary numbers are part of the official prize structure and are not an extra set you select as your main entry. Check the current game page for valid entry rules.

No. Under the current Foreign Ticket Agency Mandate, a supported foreign-lottery request is an instruction to procure a genuine official physical lottery ticket. MagicLotto does not replace that ticket with an internal synthetic bet.

You appoint Reboot Internet Technology CC, which owns and operates MagicLotto, to arrange procurement. Reboot may engage a permitted local company or individual to purchase and hold the genuine ticket in the purchase jurisdiction. Reboot remains accountable for the procurement and administration services it undertakes, subject to the Foreign Ticket Agency Mandate, applicable law and official lottery rules.

The original ticket is normally retained in the country where it was purchased, in custody under the Foreign Ticket Agency Mandate, unless the official rules or a prize claim require a different process.

The customer holds the recorded full-ticket or fractional interest procured on their instructions, subject to applicable law and official lottery rules. Reboot acts as the appointed procurement agent and may arrange local purchase and custody through permitted delegates. Using a delegate does not turn the customer’s recorded interest into Reboot’s own ticket inventory.

If procurement fails, MagicLotto may cancel the request and apply the applicable refund or account-credit process. A right to an official prize does not arise merely because requested numbers later match if the genuine official ticket was not successfully procured.

No. My Lotto Tickets shows your entries and draw information; it is not a supplier directory. Local providers may be companies or individuals. We do not routinely publish their names, private contact details or confidential retailer relationships. Reboot remains your appointed procurement agent and service contact. We must still provide any identity or other information required by law, official rules, an informed decision or the exercise of your rights. Where a named agent or separate appointment is required before commitment, we must provide it first or decline the instruction. See the Mandate.

Possibly. Major prizes can be subject to the official lottery operator’s personal-claim rules. If travel or personal attendance is required, MagicLotto will provide guidance and assist with the claim process, but the official lottery’s rules control the claim.

Where the official rules allow it, smaller prizes may be collected locally through the applicable agent or claim process and then settled to the customer. The exact process depends on the lottery and prize amount.

The purchase state can affect tax, eligibility, claim deadlines and procedures. The proposed purchase state is material information to be supplied before commitment; the actual state must be recorded against the purchased ticket. A material change requires disclosure and any necessary renewed acceptance before procurement. For an existing ticket, contact Support with your entry reference.

Possibly, where the relevant official lottery permits claims through an attorney, authorised representative, trust or a valid Power of Attorney. The rules differ by country and, in the United States, by purchasing state. MagicLotto would first investigate the available authorised claim arrangements; we cannot promise that personal attendance will never be required.

No. The permitted purchase state may vary by instruction. The proposed state must be disclosed before commitment and the actual state recorded with the purchased ticket, because state rules can affect eligibility, taxes, deadlines and claims. A material change requires disclosure and any necessary renewed acceptance before procurement.

The official claim period and the deadline for choosing a cash option can differ according to the lottery and, for US tickets, the state of purchase. There is no one MagicLotto deadline covering every international ticket. The correct deadlines must be confirmed promptly from the official rules for the particular winning ticket.

Payment to an overseas bank account may be possible, but it cannot be guaranteed in advance. The paying lottery authority, purchasing jurisdiction, identity checks, tax rules and local banking/foreign-exchange requirements determine how the payment can be made.

Travel is not automatically necessary. MagicLotto would first explore whether the official operator allows an attorney, approved representative, trust or another permitted process. If personal attendance is mandatory, travel-related expenses would need to be arranged by the claimant; MagicLotto does not currently offer a travel loan or advance.

Original tickets are retained securely with minimal unnecessary handling. MagicLotto does not routinely email ticket photographs or detailed transaction files, which can expose customer information and sensitive ticket records. You can see your confirmed order in My Lotto Tickets. The underlying procurement and custody records are separate; if specific evidence is required for a valid enquiry or claim, Support will explain the secure process, subject to applicable rules and lawful disclosures.

Ticket procurement and custody records are retained under the applicable service arrangements. In the event of an operational, financial or legal difficulty, the applicable contract, official lottery rules and relevant law govern the next steps. MagicLotto cannot guarantee a particular outcome without knowing the circumstances.

My Lotto Tickets displays your entries, selections and draw details. Internal agent-assignment, procurement and custody records are maintained separately. Contact Support with your entry reference for relevant evidence. Lawful redactions may protect unrelated customers and confidential supplier or security information, while preserving information needed to establish your entitlement and exercise your rights. We do not provide a public supplier directory; legally required disclosures take priority over confidentiality.

Contact Support with your ticket reference and registered account details for an existing entry. My Lotto Tickets is not an agent or purchase-state lookup. For a proposed instruction, material purchase-jurisdiction information must be supplied before commitment without depending on you making a request. See section 2 of the Mandate.

Original tickets are normally held securely in the purchasing jurisdiction. If a prize claim requires presentation, endorsement, delivery or official verification of the original, MagicLotto will coordinate the process through the applicable purchasing arrangement, subject to the lottery rules. Routine scans are not supplied for every order, but any mandatory ticket imagery or claim documentation must be handled in accordance with the applicable rules and terms.

MagicLotto does not ordinarily provide travel loans or advances. The official lottery determines whether personal attendance is necessary. Where lawful, alternative arrangements such as an authorised attorney or representative may be explored first. Any necessary travel, legal or claim-related expenses should be clarified before they are incurred.

No. MagicLotto Support is your usual service contact and coordinates procurement and claim enquiries. Reboot remains accountable for its agreed services. We may protect confidential supplier relationships where lawful, but this does not prevent necessary claim contact, legal advice, complaints, lawful independent dealings or access to information required to exercise your rights.

MatchPlay is MagicLotto’s current sports-prediction product family. You make 1 / X / 2 predictions across the fixtures or events shown for the selected MatchPlay game.

Browse current games on Play MatchPlay.

Current MatchPlay products include MatchPlay 8, MatchPlay 13, MatchPlay 14, MatchPlay 9/14 and MatchPlay 14 Omni-Sports. Use the live Play MatchPlay page to see the current issues.

  • 1 = the home side / first-listed selection wins.
  • X = draw where the product supports a draw outcome.
  • 2 = the away side / second-listed selection wins.

Always use the fixture and outcome labels shown on the live coupon.

A base board is one set of predictions before Multi-Play combinations are expanded. The live MatchPlay page limits the number of base boards allowed for that product.

Multi-Play lets you select more than one possible outcome on eligible fixtures. The system then generates the corresponding paid combinations. More selections can create many combinations, so always review the calculated total before playing.

Current MatchPlay coupons show R2 per generated combination. The live page and ticket summary are authoritative if pricing changes.

Yes. Current MatchPlay pages enforce a maximum coupon value of R2,000. The page calculates generated combinations and total cost before submission.

MagicLotto closes MatchPlay entries 90 minutes before the first fixture on the applicable issue. When the cut-off is reached, the game shows Closed and the server rejects late play.

No. Cut-off protection is enforced server-side as well as on the page. An old tab, bookmarked URL or manually entered address cannot be used to submit a valid MatchPlay entry after the cut-off.

Log in to My Account and open My MatchPlay Predictions. Results are also published under MatchPlay Results.

MatchPlay applies the published coupon limits and may also restrict particular selections or combinations when a game limit is reached. A rejected or unconfirmed entry has not been accepted for play. Review the on-screen total and try a permitted selection; if the problem continues, send the game name, amount and a screenshot of the message to support.

Where an entry is correctly cancelled or rejected under the applicable rules, the paid amount is returned or credited in accordance with those rules. An accepted and confirmed entry remains valid and cannot be refunded simply because a different selection was rejected. Contact support with the relevant transaction details if the credit is missing.

MatchPlay 8 contains 8 football fixtures. For each fixture you predict both the First Half (45 min) outcome and the Second Half (45 min) outcome, giving 16 predictions in total.

The current MatchPlay 8 coupon allows a maximum of 4 base boards. Multi-Play can create additional paid combinations from those boards.

The current price is R2 per generated combination, subject to the live page at the time you play.

Yes. Quick Pick can generate the required predictions automatically. You can still review the board and total cost before playing.

Open MatchPlay 8. The live page shows the current issue, fixtures, closing time, estimated jackpot and ticket summary.

MatchPlay 13 contains 13 football fixtures. Choose 1, X or 2 for each fixture according to the outcome you predict.

The current MatchPlay 13 coupon allows up to 3 base boards. Multi-Play selections can generate additional paid combinations.

The current MatchPlay 13 page uses R2 per generated combination and a maximum coupon value of R2,000.

Yes, where Multi-Play is available. Selecting multiple outcomes creates additional combinations and therefore increases the ticket cost.

Open MatchPlay 13 for the current fixtures and issue.

MatchPlay 14 contains 14 football fixtures. Select 1, X or 2 for each fixture.

The current MatchPlay 14 coupon allows up to 3 base boards.

Yes. Multi-Play can create extra paid combinations when you select more than one outcome on eligible fixtures.

The live page currently uses R2 per generated combination, with the R2,000 maximum coupon-value control.

MatchPlay 9/14 means you select exactly 9 of the 14 listed fixtures on each board. Leave the other 5 fixtures blank. It does not mean “9 or 14”.

Choose 1, X or 2 for each of the 9 fixtures you decide to include.

The current coupon allows up to 3 base boards.

Yes. Multi-Play can generate additional paid combinations on your selected fixtures. The system shows the calculated number of combinations and total cost.

MatchPlay 14 Omni-Sports uses 14 events drawn from multiple sports rather than football only. The current coupon can include sports such as football, rugby, basketball and cricket.

Use the 1 / X / 2 outcomes shown for each event on the live coupon. Because different sports can appear, always follow the labels displayed for that specific event.

The current MatchPlay 14 Omni-Sports coupon allows up to 3 base boards.

The current page uses R2 per generated combination, with a maximum coupon value of R2,000.

Start at Lotto Results and select the lottery you want. Individual results pages show the published winning numbers and, where available, prize breakdown information.

Use the Lotto Ticket Checker to compare your played ticket information with published results.

MagicLotto may display winning numbers in a clear sorted format on result pages. The official lottery result remains the authoritative result if order is relevant to a particular product.

MagicLotto updates account records when ticket results are processed. Winning information can appear in your ticket history / account and notifications can be sent according to your notification settings.

Log in to My Account and open Notification Settings. You can manage the communication options available to your account.

Publishing a draw result and settling a prize are separate steps. The official operator may need to validate the ticket and release the prize before MagicLotto can credit the winnings.

Foreign prizes can require local validation, agent collection, banking and currency conversion. Some jurisdictions, including German state lottery systems, can take longer to complete settlement.

Use MatchPlay Results and choose the applicable MatchPlay product and issue.

No. Published results show the official draw outcome, not proof that an individual customer entered that draw. To be eligible for winnings, you must have a successfully confirmed entry for the correct game and draw. View your own tickets under My Account → My Lotto Tickets.

Please send your registered MagicLotto email or account number, the lottery name, draw date and a screenshot of the relevant ticket or entry from My Lotto Tickets. This allows the support team to identify the exact entry rather than relying on the public results page.

WebPlay means the purchase was made through the MagicLotto website. It is a transaction description, not a win, loss or pending-result status. For your played numbers, draw date and ticket outcome, go to My Account → My Lotto Tickets. View Transaction History records money credited to, or deducted from, your account and applicable winnings.

Your tickets and confirmed results are available in My Account → My Lotto Tickets. You can also use the Lotto Ticket Checker. You do not need to ask Support to review your complete history. If a specific ticket appears incorrect or a confirmed winning amount is missing, send that ticket reference, relevant line, draw date, screenshot and registered email or account number for investigation.

Prize divisions and amounts depend on the specific lottery, draw date, line and official result. The prize information on a results page is not proof that your particular entry qualified for that division. To query a discrepancy, send Support the exact played line, lottery, draw date and registered MagicLotto email or account number.

MagicLotto’s current operational deposit methods are Card via PayGate, EFT and 4ALL Voucher. Availability can depend on country and account status.

Use the deposit area in My Account for the methods currently enabled for your account.

No. 1Voucher is not a current MagicLotto deposit method. Please use 4ALL Voucher, EFT or Card via PayGate.

No. OTT Voucher is no longer supported. Please use one of the current deposit methods shown in your account.

No. Ozow has been discontinued as a MagicLotto deposit method.

4ALL Voucher is the voucher method currently supported by MagicLotto. It has previously been known in the market as Kazang Voucher / EasyPay Voucher.

4ALL Voucher was previously known as Kazang Voucher or EasyPay Voucher. You can enquire at participating Lesaka or Kazang outlets, selected spaza shops and stores with supported iKhokha devices; availability may also be offered through the Absa App. Participating Flash merchants may also offer it. Stock and device connectivity vary, so not every store or payment device will be able to issue one.

Use the banking details shown in your MagicLotto deposit area. Use your registered email address or MagicLotto account number as the payment reference so that the deposit can be allocated correctly.

Yes, if the card and issuing bank permit the transaction. MagicLotto transactions are entered in South African rand. Your issuing bank or card network handles any conversion from your card’s home currency and may apply its own foreign-exchange charges.

A Namibian bank may charge a foreign-exchange or cross-border fee. For example, some customers have seen an N$40 bank forex fee. This is charged by the bank, not by MagicLotto, and customers remain responsible for bank/forex charges.

MagicLotto does not add a hidden deposit fee. Your bank, voucher provider or card issuer may apply its own transaction, foreign-exchange or cross-border charges. Any MagicLotto amount applicable to the transaction is shown before you proceed.

Wallet is your main account balance used for eligible purchases and may include deposited or promotional credit. Winnings Wallet is the balance for cash winnings and other qualifying withdrawable amounts.

Only qualifying Winnings Wallet funds are withdrawable.

No. Promotional / bonus credit is for eligible MagicLotto purchases under the applicable promotion rules and is not cash-withdrawable. Winnings generated from eligible play are handled according to the promotion and withdrawal rules.

Log in, open Deposit, choose 4ALL Voucher, enter the voucher details exactly as displayed and confirm. 4ALL was previously known as Kazang Voucher or EasyPay Voucher. If the voucher is rejected, keep it and send support a screenshot of the error.

4ALL availability depends on the merchant or service. You can ask at participating Lesaka or Kazang outlets, Spaza shops with participating devices and stores with an iKhokha device. The Absa App is also an option. Not every outlet stocks or can issue a voucher, and a merchant’s device may occasionally be offline.

Cash deposits are not a normal supported deposit method. Please use the enabled deposit options in your account. If you have already made a cash deposit, contact accounts@magiclotto.co.za with the cash deposit slip and your registered email or account number. Applicable FNB cash-deposit fees are deducted before any eligible amount is credited.

Keep the transaction currency set to South African Rand (ZAR) when depositing through MagicLotto. Do not manually change it to AED or another currency on a payment page; doing so may cause the transaction to fail or prevent correct allocation.

No. Reboot Internet Technology CC uses South African banking details for MagicLotto deposits. If you send a cross-border EFT from Namibia, ask your bank about international-transfer and foreign-exchange charges. Where available, you can consider a bank card or 4ALL Voucher instead.

The branch name previously supplied for Reboot Internet Technology CC is Westgate. Always use the full current beneficiary and bank details shown in your secure MagicLotto deposit area, and use your registered email or account number as the payment reference. If an international transfer requires additional bank information, request assistance before sending funds.

Card payments use bank authentication such as 3-D Secure / OTP. If authentication cannot be completed, the cause can be the issuing bank, card settings, OTP delivery, browser session or the authentication response returned to PayGate.

Check that your bank allows online and cross-border e-commerce, retry once, and contact your bank if the OTP or authentication is being rejected. You can also use EFT or 4ALL Voucher.

An Auth Declined response means the card issuer did not authorise the transaction. MagicLotto cannot override an issuer decline. Confirm available funds and card permissions with your bank, or try another supported payment method.

This indicates that the card-authentication process returned a result PayGate could not complete normally. It can occur during the bank’s 3-D Secure / OTP stage. Retry after checking with the issuing bank, or use EFT / 4ALL Voucher.

MagicLotto does not store your full card details for processing. Card transactions are handled through the payment processor, PayGate. Never send your full card number, CVV or OTP to MagicLotto Support.

MagicLotto’s account and transaction amount is in rand. If a foreign card or issuing bank displays a converted amount, that conversion is handled by the card network or bank. The MagicLotto purchase itself should still be based on the ZAR amount you entered.

Email the proof of payment (POP) to accounts@magiclotto.co.za with your registered MagicLotto email address or account number. Include the amount, payment date and reference so that the accounts team can investigate allocation. Please provide proof for each EFT deposit; never send banking login details, OTPs or passwords.

Send your proof of payment, registered email or MagicLotto account number and the incorrect reference to accounts@magiclotto.co.za for investigation. For future deposits, use your registered MagicLotto email address or MagicLotto account number as the bank payment reference. Allocation is subject to the funds being received and identified.

No. Repeated attempts can trigger additional issuer security controls. If the same authentication or decline response repeats, contact the issuing bank or use EFT / 4ALL Voucher.

For a missing deposit of any kind — EFT, bank card, mobile payment or voucher — please email the proof of payment or transaction screenshot to accounts@magiclotto.co.za. Include your registered MagicLotto email address or account number, payment date, amount and method. Keep proof of payment for future deposits as well. Do not send banking passwords, OTPs or full card details.

Send the proof of payment for each deposit to accounts@magiclotto.co.za, together with your registered MagicLotto email address or account number. For EFT deposits, always use one of those identifiers as the payment reference to help the accounts team allocate funds correctly.

Please tell us where the Queued or Failed message appears and email a clear screenshot of the exact error, along with the payment method, date, amount and your registered email or account number. If any money left your bank account, attach proof of payment. Avoid repeating the transaction until its status is clear.

The bank or card issuer could not complete its card-security or 3-D Secure verification. Retry using a standard browser, approve any OTP or banking-app request and ensure online purchases are enabled. If the issue persists, contact your bank or choose another currently enabled deposit method.

These responses indicate that the card details could not be accepted. Confirm the card number, expiry date and card status, or use another valid card. Never email your full card number or CVV to MagicLotto.

Please do not assume the payment has been credited or immediately attempt it again. Send accounts@magiclotto.co.za the transaction proof or bank screenshot, amount, date, method and registered MagicLotto email or account number so that its status can be investigated.

Keep the original voucher and send support a screenshot showing the error, along with the voucher details requested for investigation and your registered email or account number. Never post voucher codes publicly or share them with unknown people.

Yes. Please email a proof of payment for each EFT deposit to accounts@magiclotto.co.za and include your registered MagicLotto email address or account number. Use the same details as your payment reference for future EFTs so deposits can be identified correctly.

Verification is required before withdrawing winnings. You do not need to complete FICA simply to keep the account active, deposit funds or play.

Accepted official identity evidence can include a national ID card, identity document/book, passport or another acceptable government-issued identity document. It must clearly show your name, identity/passport number and photo.

If important information appears on both sides, upload the back as well. Passport holders normally need the bio/photo page unless additional information is requested.

A torn, damaged or unreadable identity document may be rejected even if it has been certified. Use a clear valid alternative such as a passport or undamaged official identity document.

Upload an official bank statement or bank account confirmation document. It should show your name, bank, account number and an official date within the last 3 months.

Examples include a utility or local-authority statement, lease/rental agreement, bank statement showing your residential address, or official insurer, medical, telecom, financial or government correspondence.

The document should show your name, physical residential address and an official date within the last 3 months.

Yes, if the same official bank document clearly shows both the required banking information and your residential address.

A valid rental / lease agreement or a bank statement showing your physical address can be used. If your circumstances are unusual, send the available documents to the FICA team for manual review.

Use any official document available to you that reasonably proves your residential address, such as a bank statement, rental agreement or recognised official correspondence. If none of the standard examples are available, contact fica@magiclotto.co.za for manual-review guidance.

MagicLotto’s current verification form requires bank and address documents dated within the last 3 months.

The current secure upload accepts PDF, JPG/JPEG and PNG, subject to the file-size limits shown on the verification page. Password-protected PDFs cannot be processed.

Your name and identity information should match the account information. If your legal name has changed or there is a genuine discrepancy, contact the FICA team with supporting documentation before attempting a withdrawal.

Log in to your MagicLotto account, open My Account → Account Verification (FICA), and upload a clear valid ID or passport, proof of your current physical residential address and an official bank statement or account confirmation. Bank and address evidence must be dated within the last three months. Upload the documents securely in your account, not by ordinary email.

Each document must be 1 MB or smaller. Use a clear PDF, JPG/JPEG or PNG that remains legible after resizing. If your file is too large, create a smaller copy without cropping out important information.

No. Proof of residential address must identify the place where you physically live. A PO Box or postal address on its own is not sufficient. Please provide a recent document showing your physical address, such as a suitable bank statement, rental agreement or utility account.

If a bank statement meets both requirements, it can serve as proof of bank account and proof of residential address. Please upload the document in both designated categories so that each part of the verification can be reviewed.

Please provide a clear, complete and recent copy, ideally the original PDF downloaded from your banking app or online banking. Your name, bank, account number and document date must be readable. Please do not send your banking login credentials.

MagicLotto may decline an identity document that is torn, taped together, damaged or insufficiently legible, even if it has been certified elsewhere. For reliable verification, please use a clear valid alternative such as an undamaged ID, valid passport or another identity document accepted by the FICA team.

No. For customer security, MagicLotto does not open external cloud-storage or document-sharing links for FICA verification. Sign in and upload the requested PDF, JPG or PNG directly in My Account → Account Verification (FICA). If you encounter an upload error, contact Support with a screenshot of the error, not a shared document link.

Verification normally takes approximately 24–48 business hours after complete, legible documents have been received, although additional checks or busy periods may take longer. Make sure the documents match the account and are within the permitted date and file-size limits.

Sign in to your MagicLotto account and open My Account → Account Verification (FICA). Upload a clear, valid ID or passport, proof of your current physical residential address and recent official bank details. Verification can be requested again for account security or compliance. Withdrawals cannot proceed until the renewed verification is successfully completed.

Your document must show a genuine physical residential address, normally your name, and an official date not older than three months. A PO Box, an old address or information that does not match your declared residence may not be suitable. Upload a suitable replacement, such as a recent bank statement showing your address, utility bill or qualifying rental agreement.

No. Your address declaration and supporting document must accurately reflect where you currently reside. A South African bank account, card or phone number does not make an old South African address your current residence. Update your account information and upload current proof of physical address, subject to the eligibility rules for the country where you live and are located.

You can upload an official Mukuru statement or account confirmation for assessment if it clearly identifies you, the provider, relevant account details and a recent document date. Acceptance depends on whether the document establishes an eligible, verifiable bank or payment account for the required purpose. A photograph of a payment card is not a substitute for verifiable account details. Use your valid passport or other accepted ID as identity proof.

FICA information must be consistent. If the name, identity details or declared residence cannot be reconciled with the document provided, you may be asked to correct your account details and upload valid supporting documents. Do not submit another person’s address or old documents simply to complete verification.

Your verification cannot be completed without suitable proof of your current physical residential address. Upload a clear document dated within the last three months in My Account → Account Verification (FICA).

The current minimum withdrawal for South African customers is R50 from qualifying Winnings Wallet funds.

The current minimum withdrawal for customers outside South Africa is R105, subject to country, bank and compliance requirements.

Only qualifying funds in your Winnings Wallet can be withdrawn. Your normal Wallet may contain deposits or promotional credits that are intended for eligible MagicLotto purchases rather than cash withdrawal.

Yes. Identity, banking and address verification must be completed before MagicLotto can release a withdrawal.

eWallet withdrawals are available only to South African residents. Customers outside South Africa should use EFT or another withdrawal method specifically made available to their account.

Yes. A South African bank account is not a general requirement for a Namibian customer. Use the withdrawal method available to your account and make sure your bank details have been verified.

Under the current Terms of Use, a provisional deduction of up to 5% may be made on a withdrawal. The final service fee is limited to the lower of 5% and reasonable, actual, documented withdrawal-processing costs, with any excess refunded under the stated terms. This is not a percentage-based commission on winnings. Any additional disclosed third-party banking costs are subject to the applicable terms.

Cross-border payment routes may carry different processing charges and receiving-bank foreign-exchange fees. The current Terms of Use provide for a provisional withdrawal deduction subject to an actual-cost cap and refund of any excess. Check the fee displayed before submitting a withdrawal and ask Support about the available route for your verified country and bank. Bank-imposed charges may be separate from MagicLotto’s fee.

Approved withdrawals are generally released from MagicLotto within one business day, although verification or compliance review may take longer. The receiving bank can then take approximately 1–3 business days to reflect the funds. Large international lottery prizes are subject to the separate official claim process.

MagicLotto can only settle a lottery prize after it has been validated and received through the applicable official lottery / claim process. Foreign prizes, major prizes and certain jurisdictions can take longer than an ordinary account withdrawal.

There is no single general platform maximum for ordinary qualifying Winnings Wallet withdrawals, but banking limits, compliance reviews, prize-claim rules and method-specific limits can apply.

A withdrawal may require review because verification is incomplete, banking details do not match, a prize is still being validated, transaction activity needs compliance review, or the payment method has additional requirements.

Please send a recent bank statement and confirm your full bank account number so that the FICA/accounts team can verify the details before processing your withdrawal. For account security, MagicLotto cannot release a withdrawal without the required verified banking information.

Once a withdrawal has been released, the receiving bank controls the time it takes to reflect. If MagicLotto has provided proof of payment, please give that proof to your bank and ask it to trace the incoming transfer. Contact support if you need help identifying the relevant payment details.

MagicLotto eWallet withdrawals are reserved for South African residents. A withdrawal requested through eWallet by a customer outside South Africa cannot be completed through that method. Once the unsuccessful payout is reversed and the funds are available again, request an eligible EFT withdrawal using verified bank details.

For certain transfers to Zambia, including relevant bank and Mukuru payment arrangements, the receiving/payment-provider process requires a minimum of R105. A smaller request cannot be processed through that route and must be returned to the qualifying Winnings Wallet balance before a new eligible withdrawal can be requested.

A bank or cross-border payment provider may deduct an approximately N$40 foreign-exchange or transfer charge when receiving payments from South Africa. This is a banking/forex charge, separate from any applicable MagicLotto withdrawal processing fee shown during the request.

A withdrawal to a Mukuru account can be considered only if the particular account provides verifiable receiving details and the available payment route supports it. Supplying a Mukuru card number alone does not guarantee that an EFT can be received. Submit official account details during verification and wait for confirmation of the supported withdrawal method.

There is no single payment route for all large international prizes. The relevant lottery and purchase jurisdiction determine the official claim process, required documentation, taxes and permitted payout arrangements. A direct South African bank transfer cannot be guaranteed before those requirements are confirmed.

No. MagicLotto does not take a percentage commission from an official lottery prize. Statutory tax, official deductions and normal bank/transfer charges can still affect the amount received.

South African lottery prizes such as SA Lotto, SA PowerBall and SA Daily Lotto are generally tax-free as lottery prizes. Income later earned by investing winnings can have normal tax consequences.

See Lottery Taxes Explained.

These lottery prizes are generally paid without lottery tax in their home jurisdictions, subject to current law and the exact ticket / prize circumstances.

Usually yes for a non-US resident. US federal withholding commonly applies and state-level tax can also depend on the state where the ticket was purchased. The final amount can therefore be significantly lower than the advertised headline jackpot.

Some prizes in Italy, Portugal and Spain are subject to tax above applicable thresholds. The official lottery / local authority applies the relevant deduction before settlement.

No. EuroJackpot tax treatment can depend on the participating country where the genuine ticket was purchased. MagicLotto confirms the relevant purchase jurisdiction for a winning ticket.

MagicLotto will contact you and coordinate the claim steps applicable to that lottery. Major prizes can require identity checks, original-ticket presentation, legal documentation and personal attendance at the official lottery operator.

Anonymity depends on the official lottery and the jurisdiction in which the ticket was purchased. MagicLotto does not publish a customer’s identity simply for marketing purposes, but official disclosure rules may apply to a major prize.

Some US jackpots advertise an annuity amount paid over many years while also offering a lower immediate cash option. Taxes are then applied according to the applicable rules. The headline jackpot is therefore not always the same as the cash amount a winner ultimately receives.

Qualifying winnings can remain in your account, be used for eligible future purchases, or be withdrawn subject to verification and withdrawal rules.

Differences can arise from annuity-vs-cash elections, statutory tax, official deductions, currency conversion and the exact prize settlement rules. MagicLotto does not replace those official calculations with its own synthetic payout.

US citizenship is not, by itself, a universal requirement for eligibility for an official US lottery prize. A valid claim depends on the underlying ticket, the lottery rules of the particular purchasing state, identification, tax requirements and applicable law in the claimant’s country of residence.

No. Be very suspicious of any person who demands an advance “release”, “clearance”, “processing” or “tax” payment to unlock a supposed lottery prize. Genuine prize claims may involve official withholding, legal expenses or bank charges under applicable rules, but unexpected upfront demands are a common scam warning sign. Verify the entry in your MagicLotto account and contact support directly.

No automatic exemption or final payout can be promised. Treaty relief, federal withholding, state taxes and supporting tax documentation depend on the individual claimant, the actual purchasing state and the relevant current tax rules. Large-prize winners should obtain qualified US and South African tax advice before making claim elections.

The current headline welcome promotion matches the first qualifying deposit 100% in bonus wallet credit. For example, a qualifying R500 deposit can receive R500 bonus credit, subject to the promotion terms, limits and eligibility.

See Promotions for the current conditions.

The current promotion page states that the qualifying first deposit must be made within 30 days of registration. Always check the live promotion terms in case the offer changes.

No. The bonus is promotional wallet credit for eligible purchases and cannot itself be withdrawn as cash.

Create your account and successfully verify your mobile number. If you are eligible, the R10 promotional credit is added automatically; no bonus code is required.

No. Mobile verification is the qualifying verification for this welcome credit. FICA is a separate process required before withdrawing winnings.

No. The promotion is intended for eligible new customers and is subject to fair-use controls, including one bonus per person and anti-duplicate-account rules.

Weekly Deposit Bonus offers can add an extra percentage to a qualifying deposit during selected promotional windows. The percentage, time window, minimum/maximum and any code requirement can vary, so check Promotions before depositing.

MagicLotto may send occasional customer rewards such as promotional wallet credit, discounted entries or other limited offers. Each reward has its own validity period and conditions.

The current promotions page includes a monthly Trustpilot review promotion where an honest customer review can qualify for a chance to receive a R1,000 wallet voucher, subject to the published terms.

Promotional credit is separate from cash winnings and may have its own usage rules. Loyalty points and referral rewards are tracked separately. Only qualifying Winnings Wallet funds are withdrawable.

Where the birthday offer is available, first complete the account/FICA verification requested in your MagicLotto account. Log in, open your birthday email and follow its gift link. The system can credit the R5 gift once the required verification and offer conditions are satisfied. Complete any steps before the deadline stated in your birthday message.

Yes, where the promotion permits it. You can use the R10 welcome credit for an eligible lottery entry or MatchPlay prediction, provided the entire purchase total is R10 or less. The bonus itself cannot be withdrawn as cash.

No. MagicLotto does not currently offer the separate festive-season raffle tickets, guaranteed-winner promotions or special raffle draws associated with UK Lotto, EuroMillions, French Loto or South African lottery promotions. The regular games shown on MagicLotto remain available where eligible.

The Loyalty Program rewards eligible customer activity with redeemable points and tracks lifetime points for tier status. Your current balances and tier are shown on the Loyalty page inside My Account.

Current / Redeemable Points are points available for redemption. Lifetime Points track your all-time qualifying points and are used to determine your loyalty tier.

Your lifetime points determine the tier applied to your account. Current cashback rates displayed by MagicLotto are Bronze 0%, Silver 2.5%, Gold 3.5% and Platinum 5%.

Eligible ticket activity earns cashback according to the tier currently applied to your account. The cashback is credited as Redeemable Points under the Loyalty Program rules.

The current Loyalty page uses a redemption value of 1 point = R0.25. If the program is changed, the value shown on your live Loyalty page is authoritative.

No. The current Loyalty page allows you to redeem any available number of points; there is no minimum redemption amount.

Redeeming Current Points does not reset your Lifetime Points. Tier status is based on lifetime qualifying points rather than only the current redeemable balance.

Open Loyalty in My Account to see your current points, lifetime points, tier, cashback rate and redemption information.

No. A loyalty tier determines the cashback rate credited as redeemable points on qualifying activity; it is not a discount applied to the ticket price. Bronze earns 0%, Silver 2.5%, Gold 3.5% and Platinum 5%, according to the current programme.

Log in to My Account and open Referrals. You can copy your personal referral link / code or send referral invitations from the page.

The current referral page allows you to send invitations to up to five email addresses at a time.

On the current referral dashboard, an active referral means the referred account has completed its first deposit.

The referral dashboard shows your total referral earnings and a Referral Rewards Ledger with the base amount, reward rate, reward amount, status and date.

Referral reward rates can be changed or run under specific program rules. Rather than relying on an old fixed percentage, use the rate shown in your current Referral Rewards Ledger or the active referral terms.

No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and manufactured referral activity can be rejected or reversed under anti-abuse and compliance rules.

Referral rewards are handled according to the current referral and wallet rules. The account ledger shows credited rewards; withdrawal remains subject to qualifying Winnings Wallet status and completed verification.

Fun Games are separate digital entertainment experiences available on MagicLotto, including categories such as Instant Win, ScratchCard, Keno-style games, Table Games and Video Slots.

No. Fun Games are separate from official lottery ticket procurement. Official lottery entries follow the ticket-messenger / procurement process; Fun Games operate under their own platform terms.

No. Fun Game credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. They are in-platform entertainment credits.

The current platform rules generally cap Fun Game credit at R1,000 per play unless a lower limit is displayed for the specific experience.

Credits can be used only in the ways permitted by MagicLotto’s platform rules, such as additional eligible entertainment play or permitted lottery-entry purchases. They are not cash.

No. Official lottery winnings come from a validated official lottery ticket / prize process. Fun Game credits are platform entertainment credits and are not treated as cash lottery winnings.

Please send support the game name, a screenshot of the exact error and the approximate time it occurred. Some Fun Games are supplied by external technical providers, so a specialist investigation may take longer than an ordinary account enquiry. We will provide an update when more information is available.

No. MagicLotto will never ask you to send your password or One-Time PIN (OTP) by email, phone or message. Do not share banking login details, full card numbers or OTPs with support.

Be suspicious if someone says you won a lottery you never entered, asks for an upfront “release” or “processing” payment, requests banking passwords/OTPs, or pressures you to keep the claim secret.

A genuine MagicLotto winning notification relates to a real entry recorded in the customer’s MagicLotto account. If you cannot verify the ticket or transaction in your account, treat the message as suspicious and contact support independently.

Log in directly at magiclotto.co.za rather than clicking an unexpected message link. Check your ticket history / winnings information and contact Support if anything looks unusual.

MagicLotto uses secure web connections and processes personal information under its current Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements, including POPIA where applicable. See the Privacy Policy.

Identity, bank and address data is used for account security, FICA/KYC, fraud prevention, lawful payout and compliance purposes. MagicLotto asks customers to submit documents through the designated secure process.

Please use the secure My Account → Account Verification (FICA) upload to submit your ID, proof of residential address and bank statement. Do not email identity or banking documents to general Support unless our authorised verification team specifically directs you to an approved alternative. Never send passwords or OTPs.

Change your password immediately, review account and transaction history, and contact MagicLotto Support. If card or banking information may also be compromised, contact your bank.

Do not falsify your location or identity to get around product, jurisdiction or age restrictions. Access is subject to the Terms of Use and applicable local law.

Email may be forwarded or accessed if a mailbox is compromised. MagicLotto therefore keeps detailed customer entry history in your secure account rather than routinely emailing full ticket lists or internal records. Identity and bank-verification documents should be uploaded using My Account → Account Verification (FICA), not ordinary email, unless our authorised team provides a different secure procedure.

Only a genuine confirmed entry in your own MagicLotto account can establish participation through our service. If someone from another company claims you won through MagicLotto, do not send money or personal information. Sign in directly and contact support@magiclotto.co.za to verify the claim.

Stop all contact and additional payments, contact your bank’s fraud department immediately, preserve the messages and proof of payment, and consider reporting the incident to the South African Police Service or the relevant local authorities. Never share your passwords or OTPs.

Use the Forgot Password option to regain control of any MagicLotto account associated with your email, and immediately secure your email account with a new password if you suspect unauthorised access. Contact MagicLotto Support if you cannot confirm the account belongs to you.

MagicLotto serves customers in the countries currently offered during registration, subject to local law, the particular product, account verification and payment availability. The country selector on the registration page is the most reliable current list; availability of a registration country does not guarantee that every foreign lottery product is permitted there. Do not select a different country to bypass restrictions.

You must meet the legal minimum age that applies to you and the product you use. In South Africa, MagicLotto is 18+. Under the current Terms, Namibia applies a 21+ minimum for the official-lottery ticket-agency service unless applicable law validly provides otherwise. Other supported jurisdictions are subject to their applicable legal minimum.

Customers in supported countries may use the services specifically enabled for their circumstances, subject to residence, current physical location, age, product-specific legal requirements and permitted payment methods. A South African bank account or phone number by itself does not establish South African residence or override restrictions that apply where you live or are physically located.

Responsible play means treating lottery and entertainment products as discretionary entertainment, setting a budget, avoiding chasing losses and never using essential living money or borrowed money to play.

Stop playing and seek support. In South Africa, the National Responsible Gambling Programme can be contacted on 0800 006 008. You can also contact MagicLotto Support about account controls or closure.

No. Lottery and prediction outcomes are uncertain. Do not treat them as an investment, income strategy or method of recovering debt.

No. Accounts must belong to the genuine eligible adult customer. Do not create or operate an account for a minor or use false identity information.

MagicLotto can accept accounts only from countries currently enabled for its service, subject to local law and payment availability. If your country does not appear among the permitted registration options, please do not register using another country or false address details. The available countries may change over time.

MagicLotto is operated by Reboot Internet Technology CC, a South African company. MagicLotto has operated since 2007.

No. MagicLotto is an independent technology, administration and ticket-messenger service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by official lottery operators.

MagicLotto acts as a messenger / procurement agent. For official-ticket services, the customer gives a mandate for the ticket or entry to be procured through the applicable process rather than MagicLotto conducting its own lottery.

MagicLotto’s agency model is structured with reference to South African law and the Supreme Court of Appeal decision in On-Line Lottery Services (Pty) Ltd v National Lotteries Board and Another [2009] ZASCA 86. The current Terms of Use set out how the service is provided.

MagicLotto may charge disclosed service, administration or messenger fees associated with arranging lottery participation. The ticket cost and applicable service pricing are reflected in the customer transaction. MagicLotto does not take a percentage commission from an official lottery prize.

No. Customer funds deposited in South Africa remain in South Africa. Foreign lottery ticket procurement is handled through the separate ticket-agency and procurement process rather than moving the customer’s South African wallet balance offshore for gambling.

MagicLotto updates the relevant game configuration, number ranges, add-ons and customer-facing guidance. Saved Lucky Numbers are validated against current rules so outdated number sets can be corrected before reuse.

MagicLotto customer support hours are 10:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays or exceptional closures.

For questions about verification requirements, contact fica@magiclotto.co.za. To submit or resubmit sensitive documents, use the secure My Account → Account Verification (FICA) upload rather than sending them in ordinary email, unless an authorised verification specialist provides a different secure procedure.

Include your registered email address and the information relevant to the issue. For a ticket query, include the game and draw date. For a payment query, include the payment method, amount, date and payment reference. Screenshots are useful when an error message is involved.

Never send your password, OTP, banking login credentials, full card number or CVV. MagicLotto does not need these secrets to investigate an account issue.

Your browser or device may be showing cached CSS, JavaScript or images. Try a hard refresh, close and reopen the page, or clear the site cache for magiclotto.co.za. MagicLotto also uses versioning and refresh controls when major site assets are updated.

Open My Lucky Numbers and select the affected set. If MagicLotto marks it Update required, replace the invalid number(s) and save the set again, or delete it. Do not try to force an old saved selection into the current game.

Lottery and MatchPlay entry cut-offs occur before the official draw or first fixture. The page’s closing status is the entry cut-off, not necessarily the event start time. MatchPlay closes 90 minutes before its first fixture.

If MagicLotto cannot find an account registered under that email address, you may need to register a new account. First check the exact email address you previously used, including spelling.

Send a screenshot, the full page or game name, what you clicked, the approximate time, device/browser and the exact error wording. Do not include passwords or OTPs.

Send one clear screenshot showing the page or game name and the exact error message. For a failed ticket purchase, please also show the full ticket total before the error. Include the date/time and your registered email address or account number; hide any passwords, OTPs or card information.
